I am very happy with this product. We purchased two pull out towel bars and installed them in our new church kitchen and everyone loves them!

This towel holder replaced one that had worn to the point that that the roller slides were rough. the new one has a plastic slide that moves OK except when you push down while sliding.....then it binds..........so you have to lift slightly when you retract the holder.

Just what I needed; functional and tidy! This handy pull-out towel bar fits neatly under the kitchen sink; towels dry out of the way without cluttering my kitchen. Like other Rev-A-Shelf products I have purchased, this is a quality made product. The towel bar was not complicated to install, but was a bit awkward for my sizeable husband as he had to twist around under the sink. Works great in my new kitchen---Highly Recommended!
