I bought this item, because it was cheap for the style and features available. Well, I got a great value! With well water I don't have the best water pressure so the massager settings aren't the strongest they could be, but they are still very good. I'm very happy the this product and do not plan to go for a more expensive model.

I bought this item and recieved within a week.
I used it for the firt time and was dissapointed on the lack of information of requiring additional items fot this product to work correctly.
First of all the shower head comes down really low am 5'2" and feel it is too low, so I also bought the S shaped extension arm to raise the shower head, which made a huge difference to my 6'husband and I.
When installing the actual shower head and hose the instructions indicate to NOT FORGET THE WASHERS for inside the hose on each end. Well this product didn't come with the stupid washers. Come on the things don't cost that much they can't include them with the product. Total BULL! The inconveient to having to go to the hardware store was a real pain.
All in all the product is great, but be warned if purchasing get all the items required to install and avoid extra trips to the hardware store.

This shower systems provides a great water flow. It was simple to install. Some minor leaking at the connection to the shower pipe, which does not seem to be much of a problem. We have had it about one month and have been very pleased with its performance to this point.

Add me to the list of completely satisfied customers. Our old shower heads, Waterpiks, put out low pressure since we have been living in this house. we just assumed it was low water pressure overall (which is actually true). Lately I had been thinking about buying showerheads that you could modify by making a hole in the flow restrictor.
However, first I wanted to see if maybe getting 2.5 gpm showerheads would be enough. And man, it was. This is night and day.
Installation was easy. all you need is a wrench or big pliers to tighten three threaded parts. Buy some teflon tape to make the joints more waterproof (although I think the utility of this is debatable... but then again teflon tape is like $5).
On my second showerhead installation, I ran across the "leak" problem that others have described. The solution delineated in a front page review about tightening something in the three way diverter did not work for me. You need a BIG allen wrench to fit the gold part he's talking about. anyway, all I did was try to turn anything that could be turned in a clockwise direction over and over again. Seemed to do the trick.
The flow is perfect. It increased a REALLY weak shower flow into something very very good.

I'm confused by all the rave reviews. The pressure is abysmal despite good pressure behind it. The hose is low quality and winds the way it wants, getting in the way. Mine was turned on for five minutes and will be returned to Amazon.
